Dr. George Carlo

Dr. George Carlo has spent 15 years in professional baseball player development. He remains a performance coach for players at the collegiate and professional levels, including the NFL, NBA, NHL, PGA and USTA. His career spans more than thirty-five years and more than 200 medical, scientific and public policy publications in the areas of human performance, autonomic response and sports science. He has written three books, has appeared in four film documentaries, and his discoveries have been incorporated into U.S. and global patents in areas including neuro-physiological function and peak performance. He presently holds appointments as Chairman of the non-profit Secrets of Champions Foundation, as Chairman and CEO of Secrets of Champions, Ltd., and is Visiting Professor at Longwood University in Virginia.

Frank Fanning

Frank was born in Montreal, Canada. He was a catcher in the Premier Baseball League of Ontario until the age of 18. After a music industry and radio career, he began a career in the baseball front office. Frank spent the 2017 season as the Box Office Manager for the Oakland A’s NYPL Affiliate in Vermont, and became the Director of Team Operations in 2018 – handling team travel and communication with Oakland. In 2019, Frank assisted with sales for the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in St. Mary’s, Canada. Frank enters Jamestown as the franchise’s new General Manager.

Frank Jagoda

Frank Jagoda has served as Pitching Coach for Rehabilitation for the Minnesota Twins; he was pitching coach for the Gulf Coast League Twins in Fort Meyers, Florida. He was the Head Coach at Patrick Henry Community College from 2016-2017, where he led the Patriots to a 79-38 overall record, guided the program to its first-ever regular season Region X championship and was named the 2016 Region X Coach of the Year. Jagoda was also a graduate assistant and assistant coach at Canisius College from 2012-2014 and helped lead the Golden Griffins to its first-ever NCAA Regional berth in 2013, before leading Wingate University to a spot in the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championship as its pitching coach and recruiting coordinator in 2015.

 

Jordan Basile

Jordan Basile has been an Assistant Coach to SUNY Fredonia, worked in Player Development for the Detroit Tigers, was Assistant Coach at University at Buffalo, was Assistant Coach at Lake Erie College, is the current Head Coach at Patrick Henry Community College, and the Manager of the Jamestown Jammers of the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. He has been with Secrets of Champions™ for eight years and is a Certified Integrated Performance Coach.

Tommy Tantillo

Tommy was Assistant Coach at Fredonia State; he has coached in the New York Collegiate Baseball League and has worked numerous D1, D2, and D3 college baseball camps. He led 13U and 15U All-Star teams to a WNY State Championship and is the current Jamestown High School JV Baseball Coach.

Jake Fosburg

As a college baseball player, including two years with the Jamestown Community College Jayhawks, Jake manned every pitching position, from starter, to reliever to closer. He has also worked with college basketball and professional football players for Secrets of Champions, Ltd. Jake is a Certified Integrated Performance Coach and is in his third year as the Director of Operations for Secrets of Champions, Ltd.
